JAMS HR Solutions is currently hiring a Contract Administrator (Arabic Speaker) for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong legal and negotiation skills, capable of managing contracts throughout their lifecycle while ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting organizational objectives. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in contract administration and a solid understanding of legal terminology and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure clarity, fairness, and legal compliance

• Oversee contract lifecycle from creation to execution, monitoring deadlines, renewals, and obligations

• Assess contractual risks and suggest mitigation strategies to management

• Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

• Collaborate with external parties to negotiate terms, resolve disputes, and process amendments

• Maintain organized and accessible records of all contract-related documents

• Generate periodic reports for senior management on contract status, compliance issues, and key updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field

• Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role

• Strong understanding of contract law, risk mitigation, and negotiation tactics

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
