Continuing Medical Education Coordinator – DHA


Whizz HR is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Continuing Medical Education (CME) Coordinator to join its team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates with experience in healthcare education and a strong understanding of UAE medical regulations. The CME Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the accreditation of CME activities within DHA facilities. The role requires close collaboration with healthcare professionals, DHA departments, and accreditation bodies to deliver high-quality educational programs that meet regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of CME activities, including scheduling, registration, and communication
- Liaise with DHA departments and external education providers for program development and approvals
- Ensure compliance with DHA, MOHAP, and international CME accreditation standards
- Prepare and submit documentation for CME accreditation and maintain accurate records
- Monitor attendance and issue certificates to participants
- Maintain a calendar of CME events and generate regular reports for management
- Support marketing and outreach efforts to promote CME programs
- Collect and analyze participant feedback to improve future educational offerings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CME or training coordination, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with DHA regulations and CME accreditation processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of CPD (Continuing Professional Development) frameworks
- Prior experience working with DHA or similar regulatory authorities
- Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage
