TRAZE is hiring a Content & Social Media Specialist to spearhead its digital presence across the MENA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating compelling bilingual content (English and Arabic), and optimizing website materials. You’ll play a vital role in building the company’s online voice, driving user engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns through impactful storytelling and influencer partnerships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and manage Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter) accounts for Traze MENA

• Develop and execute content calendars to drive brand awareness and social media engagement

• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize audience reach and interaction

• Maintain and optimize website and landing page content for SEO and user engagement

• Create and localize high-impact text, visuals, and video content tailored for GCC & MENA markets

• Manage influencer and partnership campaigns (organic and paid) to boost lead generation

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across campaigns and platforms

• Support event promotion, brand storytelling, and company-wide digital initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field

• 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing

• Prior experience in the Forex or financial industry is preferred

• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills in both English and Arabic

• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and CMS platforms

• Understanding of SEO best practices, influencer marketing, and social advertising

• Knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools is an advantage

• Agile, problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to fast-paced digital environments
