Anuvu is looking for a Content Screener to join their Compliance Team in Dubai. This role will involve screening movies and TV programs, creating accurate edit notes, and ensuring content compliance with legal, cultural, and technical standards. The role also requires working with digital assets and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be proficient in English and Arabic, with knowledge of NLE editing and cultural sensitivities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen movies and TV content continuously.

• Create and discuss edit notes following TV Edit guidelines and Cultural Sensitive Guidelines.

• Complete Edit Decision Lists (EDL) and ensure all legal, creative, and aesthetic requirements are met.

• Provide recommendations and feedback for editing, liaising with technical departments and schedulers.

• Manage and monitor content deadlines, ensuring quality work is produced.

• Maintain detailed records of communications, materials, and information.

• Download/upload digital content and update metadata.

• Support internal teams with general digital asset inquiries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and high accuracy in content screening.

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Arabic.

• Experience with Premiere NLE editing.

• Understanding of regional and global cultural sensitivities.

• Familiarity with digital video standards (broadcast codecs, frame rates, etc.) is a plus.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain high-quality work.

• Additional language skills are desirable.
