The role involves monitoring user-generated content, enforcing community guidelines, detecting spam or policy violations, and supporting AI-driven moderation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Review, assess, and moderate community content to ensure compliance with platform standards.

• Detect, report, and address spam, scams, and policy violations efficiently.

• Analyze content trends to identify emerging risks and refine moderation strategies.

• Promote high-quality content that enhances engagement and visibility.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation workflows and user experience.

• Provide feedback to enhance AI-driven moderation tools and assist in writing AI prompts (preferred but not mandatory).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or community management.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to detect fraudulent activity and spam patterns.

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems.

• Basic understanding of AI moderation tools or prompt engineering is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional languages are advantageous).
