Ali & Sons Holding LLC is looking for creative and dynamic Content & Media Producers to bring its brand to life across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and more. This full-time on-site role blends videography, photography, editing, and design, supporting the company’s marketing and communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for social media, websites, and internal communications.
– Create short-form videos, motion graphics, and animations (e.g., Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
– Enhance content with color correction, audio mixing, visual effects, and transitions.
– Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards aligned with marketing campaigns.
– Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand consistency.
– Design basic branded visuals such as thumbnails, overlays, and banners.
– Upload and manage visual assets on CMS platforms (no coding required).
– Maintain a well-organized digital asset library.
– Stay updated on visual trends in automotive, technology, and social media.
– Capture behind-the-scenes moments, events, testimonials, and service activities.
– Travel within the UAE for shoots and brand coverage when required.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
– Video editing certification and/or storyboard training preferred.
– 3+ years of experience in content creation, videography, or multimedia production.
– Proven experience creating engaging brand content for social media.
– Strong videography and photography skills (portfolio required).
– Experience with paid content or ad creatives is a plus.
