Narins Beauty, a next-generation beauty brand founded by creator Narin Amara, is hiring a Content Manager in Dubai (Hybrid). The brand blends authenticity, creativity, and community to redefine beauty culture for Gen-Z audiences across the GCC. This role is ideal for a passionate content creator who loves beauty, trends, and storytelling across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit daily content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and YouTube Shorts.

Capture product, lifestyle, and campaign visuals with both studio and spontaneous approaches.

Utilize AI-powered content tools (e.g., Higgsfield.ai, Runway, Pika, Midjourney) for creative visuals and motion graphics.

Edit videos with transitions, subtitles, and effects optimized for each platform.

Storytelling: Bring brand and product stories to life through creative content — tutorials, transformations, ASMR moments, and swatches.

Support content needs across website, CRM, and paid ads by repurposing existing assets.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand Manager, Product Development, and Social Media teams to align content strategy.

Assist in managing photo/video shoots, influencer collaborations, and events.
Who You Are:

2–3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.

Skilled in shooting and editing (TikTok, Reels, short-form videos).

Proficient with CapCut, VN, Lightroom, Canva, Adobe Premiere, and Higgsfield AI.

Creative and curious, with a deep understanding of Gen-Z trends, social platforms, and aesthetics.

Comfortable using AI tools to enhance creative output.

Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English.
