Gentis is seeking an experienced Content Manager to lead content strategy, creation, and execution across multiple brands. The role includes developing content calendars, managing a team of freelancers, creating engaging content, and ensuring consistency across platforms. The manager will also oversee podcast content, employee advocacy programs, SEO practices, and analytics to drive content visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar across four brands, ensuring alignment with business goals and audience insights. -
Content Creation & Execution:
Lead content creation, including newsletters, social media posts, podcasts, and job offer advertising. Ensure consistency in tone and style. -
Podcast Management:
Manage editorial calendar, guest selection, publishing, and generate social media snippets for each episode. -
Employee Advocacy Program:
Develop and manage content for employee advocacy, track impact and ROI, and establish posting schedules. -
SEO & Analytics:
Use SEO best practices to boost content visibility and report on performance across platforms. Optimize based on analytics. -
Community Engagement:
Collaborate with teams to align content with audience needs and foster community engagement through interactive formats.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

3+ years of experience in content management, preferably in HR, recruitment, or tech sectors.

Strong knowledge of SEO, social media strategy, podcasting, and content analytics.

Proven ability to deliver engaging content for diverse audiences across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok.

Experience managing email marketing platforms and freelance talent.

Fluency in English and French; Dutch is a plus.

Strong project management and organizational skills.
