Al Dahra, a leading agribusiness and sustainability-driven company, is hiring a Content & Editorial Senior Manager to shape its corporate voice and manage editorial strategies across multiple platforms and regions. This senior role focuses on building brand narratives, enhancing thought leadership, and ensuring consistent messaging across internal and external communications. The position plays a crucial role in driving visibility, credibility, and engagement aligned with Al Dahra’s global sustainability and growth agenda.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a corporate content strategy and editorial calendar aligned with campaigns and business goals.

Write, edit, and oversee production of high-quality content, including press releases, web materials, speeches, ESG reports, and internal communications.

Ensure alignment and localization of content for global and regional markets.

Support media relations through drafting statements, Q&As, and talking points for reputational and media issues.

Partner with executives to shape messaging and amplify leadership voice across media platforms.

Create thought-leadership content highlighting Al Dahra’s strengths in agriculture, food security, sustainability, and innovation.

Research trends, competitor narratives, and stakeholder perspectives to inform storytelling and positioning.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

10+ years of experience in content development, editorial strategy, or corporate communications.

Native or bilingual English proficiency.

Journalism, editing, or senior copywriting background highly preferred.

Experience in international corporate communications or agency environment.

Proven success in media relations and writing for press.

Strong research and storytelling abilities, with the capability to simplify complex topics.

Portfolio of published work showcasing range and strategic impact.
