This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves shaping career-ready learning experiences for mid-career and transitioning professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive course materials on AI/ML applications in sustainability.

• Design practical assignments covering predictive analytics, optimization models, and generative AI.

• Train on AI platforms such as AutoML, Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, and AWS SageMaker.

• Contextualize AI usage in sectors including Food Systems, Energy, Water & Waste, and the Built Environment.

• Guide participants on integrating AI into workflows and driving business impact analysis.

• Provide strategic instruction to professionals transitioning from technical fields (e.g. facility management, urban systems).

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong academic credentials or industry experience in AI, Data Science, or related fields.

• Proficiency with AI platforms, algorithms, and analytics methodologies.

• Demonstrated success in developing and delivering educational content.

• Ability to frame AI within sustainability, business innovation, and decision-making frameworks.

• Effective communicator with the ability to engage and train mid-career professionals.

• Familiarity with workflow design, strategic impact assessment, and business-oriented AI.
