Job Overview:
We are looking for a Dubai-based Content Creator with hands-on experience in real estate content production. This role requires a combination of creative storytelling, professional videography/photography, and visual design skills to drive brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Branding: Develop brand-aligned, high-quality visual content focused on real estate properties and lifestyle.

• Video Editing: Edit short and long-form videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects.

• Graphic Design: Design professional visuals using Adobe Photoshop (Canva use is not accepted).

• Photography & Videography: Capture visually engaging content using your own equipment, with a strong understanding of lighting and natural settings. iPhone videography proficiency is required.

• Social Media Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to strategize and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

• Creative Ideation: Bring fresh, trend-aligned ideas to grow the brand’s audience and increase market presence.

Requirements:

• Must be based in Dubai, UAE.

• 1–2 years of experience in content creation specific to the real estate industry.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects.

• Must own a camera and be comfortable using an iPhone for content creation.

• Demonstrated ability to create engaging and aesthetically appealing real estate content.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Portfolio required showcasing real estate-related photography, videography, and design work.
