Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, original content including graphics, photos, videos, and captions for social platforms

• Plan and manage a consistent and results-driven content calendar

• Maintain brand tone, voice, and visual style across all digital touchpoints

• Respond to community interactions and manage engagement

• Support and execute social media marketing campaigns

• Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly

• Work closely with marketing, design, and customer experience teams

• Stay ahead of trends and emerging tools in digital content creation

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of content creation experience, ideally in ecommerce or digital marketing

• Strong portfolio showcasing social-first content

• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.

• Knowledge of Hootsuite, Buffer, or other scheduling/analytics platforms

• Familiar with social algorithms, performance metrics, and trends

• Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)

• Detail-oriented with strong visual storytelling abilities
