Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for digital content and media production? We’re hiring a Digital Content Creator to join our in-house marketing and communications team in Dubai. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging short-form and long-form content—ranging from videos and podcasts to social media reels and vlogs—designed to elevate brand presence and engage online audiences.

You’ll work closely with designers, marketers, and external stakeholders to craft compelling stories across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong creative drive and technical skills to contribute to a growing tech and Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and edit content for social media, YouTube, podcasts, and webinars

• Host or assist in presenting content, planning shoots, and writing scripts

• Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut

• Develop a consistent content calendar based on trends and business goals

• Repurpose content into various formats for different platforms

• Manage podcast setups, recordings, and publishing

• Maintain an organized media archive and content library

Required Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation or digital media production

• Proficiency in video/audio editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve)

• Strong understanding of social media content trends and formats

• Basic knowledge of camera, lighting, and sound equipment

• Strong storytelling, communication, and collaboration skills

• Comfortable on camera or open to hosting video content (preferred)

• Fluent in English

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in fintech, blockchain, or startup environments

• Basic design or motion graphics experience (After Effects, Canva Pro, Illustrator)

• Understanding of content planning and performance metrics

• Photography and social media analytics knowledge is a plus
