Job Description:
As a Content Creator at NOVVI Properties, you will work closely with the marketing team and real estate agents to create compelling content that highlights the luxury nature of our properties. Your duties will include producing written, visual, and interactive content for social media, websites, and campaigns, while staying on top of the latest digital marketing and real estate trends. You’ll be responsible for filming and editing videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as capturing behind-the-scenes moments at shoots and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns

• Collaborate with the marketing team and agents to align creative direction

• Film and edit videos, reels, and stories for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

• Stay updated with real estate and digital marketing trends

• Capture behind-the-scenes content at shoots and events

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content creation, video editing, and storytelling

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and engagement strategies

• Familiarity with the real estate industry (ideal but not mandatory)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut)

• Excellent writing and communication skills
