RTC1 Recruitment Services, hiring on behalf of a key government entity in Dubai, is looking for a Content Creator to become the face and voice behind the organization’s storytelling. This full-time, on-site position involves shooting, editing, and presenting engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have strong video editing skills, be passionate about digital content, and possess a flair for presenting on camera.
Key Responsibilities:

Be the on-camera presenter narrating DSO stories, projects, and updates

Create behind-the-scenes and narrative content for digital and social platforms

Shoot, edit, and publish short-form and long-form videos

Collaborate with the marketing and communications team on campaigns and events

Track content performance and provide analytics-based insights
Required Skills & Qualifications:

UAE nationals only (Dubai-issued passport), aged 35 and below
-
Background in media, communications, or marketing
-
Proven experience in content creation and digital storytelling
-
Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut
-
Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement
