About the Role:

Four Apple Real Estate is seeking a creative and skilled Content Creator with a strong background in real estate content production. Based in Dubai, this full-time position offers a unique opportunity to craft compelling visual and written content that engages property buyers and investors, enhances brand visibility, and supports our agents in building a powerful digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content strategies tailored to the Dubai real estate market.

• Produce high-quality, engaging content for social media, websites, and marketing materials.

• Shoot and edit real estate photos and videos that professionally showcase listings.

• Guide and assist agents in developing their personal branding and enhancing their content output.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for content planning and execution.

• Monitor real estate trends, market dynamics, and audience engagement to refine strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in content creation for the real estate sector.

• Strong abilities in photography, videography, editing, and copywriting.

• Proficiency with social media platforms, SEO basics, and current digital content trends.

• Based in Dubai with full-time, on-site availability.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
