Role Overview

As a Content Creation Trainee, you will support the marketing team across content development, social media management, campaigns, and events.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital storytelling, social trends, and brand experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content & Social Media

• Support content creation for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok

• Monitor engagement and interact with online communities

• Research trending topics, hashtags, and viral concepts

• Assist in managing content calendars

Design & Multimedia

• Create and adapt visual assets using Canva and/or Adobe Suite

• Support basic video editing and GIF creation

• Manage and organize content libraries

Campaigns & Research

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Track performance and support reporting

• Conduct market and competitor research

Events & Activations

• Support planning and coordination of events, activations, and pop-ups

• Provide on-ground event support

• Capture event content for digital and social platforms

Administrative Support

• Coordinate with internal teams

• Maintain documentation and marketing materials

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Strong interest in marketing, content creation, and social media

• Basic understanding of digital platforms and trends

• Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Suite

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Proactive, hands-on mindset

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
