Hammer Group is hiring a Content & Brand Experience Manager to lead and execute the company’s content strategy across all digital and offline platforms. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a creative storyteller with strong writing skills, content planning expertise, and an understanding of UAE market trends. The role will focus on strengthening brand presence, customer engagement, and marketing impact across diverse verticals.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage monthly content calendars across social media, blogs, email, and websites.

Align content with brand marketing campaigns, promotions, and strategic objectives.

Write and edit engaging content such as social captions, blogs, website copy, email campaigns, and product descriptions.

Collaborate with photographers and paid ad specialists to create content that complements visual assets and campaign strategies.

Manage all social media platforms, schedule content, and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Monitor content performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Stay current with UAE market trends, digital strategies, and competitor content.

Contribute to brand storytelling and experiential marketing campaigns to enhance customer connection and perception.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the UAE.

Proficient in English and Arabic (strong writing and editing skills).

Familiarity with design tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar.

Basic understanding of SEO and content performance trends.
