CIPD, the professional body for HR and people development, is hiring a Content and Communications Lead for its MENA region operations. This hybrid, full-time role is based in Dubai and offers a competitive package. The successful candidate will be instrumental in boosting the visibility and impact of CIPD in the Middle East and North Africa by leading the creation and execution of engaging content and strategic communication plans tailored to HR professionals and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regionalize global content and adapt communication strategies to align with regional priorities

• Oversee end-to-end campaign management, from ideation to post-campaign analysis

• Create and manage regionally relevant research, insights, and storytelling

• Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, social media, and member communications

• Drive go-to-market strategies and manage a comprehensive content calendar

• Optimize social media platforms and digital communications for brand engagement

• Track and analyze digital performance metrics for continuous improvement

• Promote CIPD events through targeted content and manage stakeholder relationships

• Lead the regional Member Value Proposition and membership engagement campaigns

• Manage external agencies for content production and brand alignment

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field

• Substantial experience in communication roles, ideally within a membership-based organization

• Proficiency in CMS, email marketing, and social media tools

• Skilled in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong writing, storytelling, and campaign execution capabilities

• Proven ability to manage large-scale campaigns and external partners (PR, Digital)

• Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills

• Fluency in English and Arabic is required
