Role Overview:
Genspyre LLC is seeking a Content and Asset Management Executive to oversee internal communications, digital asset management, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams and clients, ensure consistent asset quality, manage reporting, and support the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communications & Client Servicing:

Participate in weekly internal meetings to review past tasks and align on upcoming deliverables.

Drive internal communication across Email, Teams, and Calls for alignment on media, templates, and asset workflows.

Ensure seamless client servicing and effective communication of updates.
Operational Tasks:

Oversee creation and dispatch of newsletters summarizing campaign updates.
-
Manage meeting Call Attendance Reports and document key insights.
-
Lead setup and documentation of monthly Market Update Calls.
-
Partner with the Social Team to conduct quarterly Social Media Audits.

Address and relay customer complaints received on digital platforms.
Digital Asset Management:
-
Execute end-to-end asset migration between platforms, including uploads, tagging, and quality checks.

Conduct front-end user enhancements: campaign clean-ups, visual optimizations, and tab management.

Audit platforms weekly to maintain cleanliness and accessibility of assets.

Troubleshoot platform concerns via Asana and coordinate with tech teams.
Variant Templates & Asset Sourcing:

Guide sourcing of assets, ensuring template quality and consistency standards are met.

Support QA and rollout of variant templates across regional markets.
Reporting:

Contribute to weekly achievement reports summarizing milestones, challenges, and outputs.

Update team timesheets for accurate resource planning and capacity forecasting.
Required Skills:

Strong project management skills with attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills.

Solid understanding of digital asset management platforms (e.g., Symphony), social media ecosystems, and reporting workflows.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and collaboration tools such as Asana.

Ability to manage high-volume deliverables and dynamic priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination within an agency or marketing function.

Experience with automotive, luxury, or regional accounts is advantageous.
