Role Overview:
The Trainee Pharmacist in the Contact Center will manage customer inquiries across multiple channels, provide accurate product information, support orders, and enhance overall customer experience. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent pharmacy graduates seeking experience in customer service and pharmaceutical operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to inbound calls, emails, chat, social media, and app inquiries from customers and prospects.

  • Provide high-quality customer service by answering inquiries accurately and redirecting when needed.

  • Handle first-level support for technical and functional queries regarding orders and products.

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and customer journey.

  • Identify and maximize cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

  • Educate customers about the organization’s products and services.

  • Handle customer complaints and grievances within defined authority limits, escalating complex cases.

  • Perform light back-office tasks related to operations and follow-ups.

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data and ensure compliance with Contact Center procedures.

  • Stay updated with product, service, and procedure developments.


Experience & Qualifications:

  • University degree in Pharmacy.

  • 0–1 year of professional experience in a Contact Center environment (fresh graduates welcome).

  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.


Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.

  • Customer-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.

  • Basic sales skills and ability to educate customers effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver tasks efficiently.

  • Adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
