The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with prior experience in customer service or call center environments. You will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving inquiries, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

This is an on-site, full-time opportunity suited for professionals who can join immediately and are eager to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.

• Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies.

• Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.

• Achieve performance targets such as call handling time, satisfaction scores, and productivity.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Conduct follow-ups to ensure all customer issues are fully resolved.

Skills and Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or telemarketing role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of calls.

• Must be able to join immediately.

• Must hold a valid own/sponsored visa (minimum 6 months validity for labor card processing).
