L’Oréal Middle East is inviting passionate and driven graduates to join its Consumer and Market Insights (CMI) team as a Graduate Trainee starting January 2026. This exciting 9–12-month program offers the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience in one of the world’s leading beauty and FMCG companies, contributing to market research, data analysis, and strategic insights that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the development and implementation of Market Insight, Business Intelligence, and Consumer Insights action plans.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to brand performance, market trends, and consumer behavior.

Integrate diverse data sources (market, social, and shopper insights) to create actionable strategies.

Plan and execute consumer and market studies, including brand tracking, category analysis, and opportunity identification.

Translate analytical findings into clear, data-driven insights and recommendations.
-
Participate in fostering a consumer-centric culture within the organization.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external research partners.

Present insights and strategic recommendations clearly to management teams.
Qualifications & Skills:

Final-year student or recent graduate (less than 2 years).

Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Excellent communication skills – able to present data clearly and persuasively.

Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Curious, data-driven, and passionate about consumer behavior and trends.
-
Previous experience or internship in FMCG, beauty, marketing, or market research is an advantage.
