This role provides exposure to consumer behavior analysis, product innovation, and market research methodologies, contributing to shaping business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing qualitative consumer research projects.

• Take detailed notes during consumer discussions and research sessions.

• Support synthesis of insights by identifying patterns and key findings.

• Manage sample handling with agencies and R&D teams.

• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for smooth project execution.

• Help organize online and in-person consumer co-creation events.

• Liaise internally across departments to ensure collaboration and project alignment.

• Create infographics and visual storytelling materials to present insights effectively.

• Support data collection and analysis using Arriba and other research platforms.

• Structure and categorize consumer insights for reporting and reference.

What Makes You a Good Fit

• 0-1 years of experience in market research, consumer behavior, or related fields.

• Educational background in Business, Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Market Research, Social Sciences, or Psychology.

• Passionate about consumer insights, innovation, and research techniques.

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.

• Ability to work with diverse, multicultural teams.

• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; skills in video making and infographic design are a plus.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
