We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Consultor de Patentes to join our team on a full-time hybrid basis (office and remote work in Dubai). The consultant will be responsible for preparing and filing patent applications, providing expert advice on patent and intellectual property laws, and managing intellectual property portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and file patent applications accurately and timely.

• Provide expert consultation on patent laws and intellectual property matters.

• Conduct thorough patent searches and research to support application viability.

• Analyze patent data and assist in managing intellectual property assets.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to provide clear and organized guidance.

• Work autonomously with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in patent preparation and filing.

• Strong knowledge of patent laws and intellectual property management.

• Skilled in patent searching and evaluating patent viability.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills in Spanish (preferred) and English.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
