Visa is seeking a Consultant for Technical Solutions to join their team. This client-facing role will be responsible for enabling new client capabilities, promoting product adoption, and optimizing client performance. The role will involve collaborating with regional Sales, Product, and other Visa teams to drive Client Success outcomes, execute go-to-market initiatives, and ensure smooth implementation of Visa products.
Responsibilities:

Drive product adoption and improve client performance by identifying optimization opportunities.

Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to design and execute go-to-market initiatives.

Provide subject matter expertise consultation to optimize client performance.

Support and oversee the implementation of new Visa products for clients, expediting readiness and maximizing product adoption.

Foster partnerships within Visa’s internal teams to align on client strategy and optimization opportunities.

Stay updated with the latest payment processing trends and Visa solutions.

Conduct operational reviews with clients and Visa stakeholders, ensuring product metrics are met.

Translate client business needs into system and service solutions.
Qualifications:
-
5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

10+ years of success in technology, financial, or information services, with at least 8 years of experience in the payments industry.

Experience in payment card operations and supporting complex clients.

Strong data analytics and decision-making skills.
-
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Proficient in presenting complex technical and business issues to various levels within organizations.
