Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Consultant/Specialist in Intensive Care Medicine to join our dynamic healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of critically ill patients in the ICU.

• Develop, implement, and continuously adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

• Perform advanced medical procedures and life-saving interventions as required.

• Monitor and interpret critical clinical data, including vital signs and laboratory results, ensuring timely medical responses.

• Communicate clearly with patients’ families regarding conditions, treatment options, and care plans.

• Ensure strict adherence to hospital protocols, safety regulations, and ethical medical guidelines.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in critical care medicine through continuous professional development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) with a valid license to practice medicine.

• Board Certification in Critical Care Medicine.

• Proven experience in an ICU setting, managing critically ill patients.

• Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of best practices in intensive care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Ability to make swift, informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
