Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist – Adult fluent in Arabic to join their multidisciplinary mental health team in Dubai. The role involves conducting psychiatric assessments, developing treatment plans, providing medication management, and collaborating with a team of mental health professionals to deliver culturally sensitive care for adult patients. This position emphasizes ethical practice, clinical excellence, and holistic mental health support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations for adult patients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including pharmacological and psychotherapeutic interventions.

• Provide medication management and monitor treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, and primary care providers for holistic patient care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR systems.

• Participate in case conferences, peer reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Educate patients and families about mental health, treatment options, and coping strategies.

• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinical governance protocols.

Requirements:

• Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry.

• Consultant-level certification (UK CCT, Arab Board, or equivalent).

• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.

• Minimum 5 years post-specialization experience in adult psychiatry.

• DHA eligibility or willingness to obtain licensure.

• Experience working in multicultural environments.

• Strong interpersonal, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
