🔹 Position Overview:

A prestigious healthcare facility in Dubai is seeking a Consultant Neurosurgeon with 3–8 years of post-residency experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and performing advanced surgical procedures related to the brain, spine, and nervous system. This position requires exceptional surgical skill, clinical judgment, and a strong commitment to patient care.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate surgical teams during neurosurgical procedures

• Perform complex surgeries involving the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves

• Utilize surgical microscopes and advanced imaging technologies (MRI, CT, PET) for microsurgeries

• Diagnose neurological conditions and develop tailored treatment plans

• Manage emergency neurosurgical interventions as needed

• Monitor patients’ post-surgical progress and adjust care accordingly

• Collaborate with neurologists, psychiatrists, therapists, and other departments

• Engage with patient families, providing updates and guidance with empathy

• Maintain accurate medical records, prescribe medications, and fulfill all administrative duties

• Stay up to date with neurosurgical advancements and attend relevant conferences

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

• Medical Degree (MS in Neurosurgery) with valid license and board certification

• Minimum 3 years of independent practice in neurosurgery

• In-depth knowledge of neuroanatomy, diagnostic imaging, and surgical procedures

• Excellent hand-eye coordination, precision, and focus

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments

• Outstanding communication skills and professional bedside manner

• Willingness to adapt to a flexible, on-call schedule
