Heidrick & Struggles, a global leader in executive search and leadership consulting since 1953, is seeking a Consultant in Leadership Consulting for its Dubai office. The role is part of their fast-growing global consulting practice focused on accelerating performance at the organizational, team, and individual leadership levels. The ideal candidate will contribute to client delivery, project management, and business development efforts, while gaining exposure to top-tier clients and senior leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to deliver customized leadership consulting solutions

• Support Principals and Partners on project delivery and business development

• Manage specific workstreams, ensuring project plans and deadlines are met

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to draw key insights

• Create impactful reports, proposals, and client presentations

• Assist in the development of internal tools, products, and thought leadership content

• Coordinate logistics, prepare workshop content, and liaise with senior stakeholders

• Continuously grow personal capabilities to support a wide range of consulting engagements

Key Metrics:

• Achieve ~60% utilization

• Deliver high-quality work on time and within budget

• Contribute to firm initiatives and ongoing personal development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Economics, Finance, Psychology, or related); MBA or relevant Master’s preferred

• 5+ years of total work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership or management consulting

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

• Willingness to travel locally and internationally

• Prior experience working in the UAE or GCC is a plus
