Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking an experienced Consultant ICU Critical Care professional fluent in Arabic to join their modern healthcare facility in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering top-tier critical care to patients in the ICU, including emergency response and advanced life support. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for physicians with strong clinical expertise and Western education or experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of critically ill patients and devise treatment plans

• Provide round-the-clock monitoring and care in the intensive care unit

• Perform emergency procedures and administer advanced life support when necessary

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated patient care

• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute expert insights

• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation as per hospital protocols

• Communicate effectively with patients and families, offering compassionate explanations of treatments

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in critical care

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Medical degree from a recognized institution

• Specialized training and board certification in Critical Care Medicine

• Active license with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA)

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an ICU Consultant in a reputed hospital

• Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Capable of working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

• Must have Western education or equivalent experience
