JLL is seeking a Healthcare Consulting Analyst to support healthcare organizations in improving operations, patient outcomes, and navigating industry challenges. This on-site, full-time role involves research, data analysis, and development of strategic recommendations for hospitals, health systems, pharmaceutical companies, and medical device manufacturers. The ideal candidate has analytical skills, healthcare knowledge, and consulting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Analysis & Research

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis within healthcare sectors.

• Analyze healthcare data including clinical outcomes, operational metrics, and financial performance.

• Evaluate healthcare policies, regulations, and industry trends.

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support client recommendations.

Client Support

• Assist senior consultants in developing strategic solutions for healthcare clients.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries.

• Support client meetings with data-driven insights.

• Help implement recommended solutions and track progress.

Project Management

• Manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

• Maintain organized project documentation and data management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, consulting, or analytical roles.

• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations (HIPAA, FDA, CMS).

• Understanding of healthcare delivery models and reimbursement systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.

• Knowledge of healthcare quality metrics and value-based care models.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare technology.

• Previous consulting or client-facing experience.
