Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex general surgical procedures, specializing in minimally invasive techniques to improve patient outcomes and recovery times.

• Lead preoperative assessments, surgical planning, and multidisciplinary case discussions.

• Ensure best practices in post-operative care, managing surgical wards and handling potential complications.

• Utilize the latest surgical innovations, including laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgery.

• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and update treatment protocols.

• Mentor junior doctors and participate in medical training and development.

• Stay updated with evolving surgical trends and contribute to clinical research or publications.

• Deliver clear communication to patients and families regarding procedures, risks, and recovery expectations.

Candidate Profile:

• Board-certified General Surgeon with strong surgical skills and clinical judgment.

• Proven experience in tertiary care hospitals, handling complex cases.

• Strong expertise in laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery is highly preferred.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.

• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Open to candidates from Arab, European, Anglophone, or CIS nationalities.
