About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and board-certified Consultant Gastroenterologist to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai, UAE. This role requires expertise in diagnosing and treating complex gastrointestinal disorders using advanced endoscopic techniques such as ERCP and EUS. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care, mentoring junior medical staff, and contributing to ongoing departmental improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of GI disorders through imaging, endoscopy, and lab evaluations.

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with up-to-date clinical protocols.

  • Perform advanced procedures such as ERCP and EUS with precision and care.

  • Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and contribute to collaborative decision-making.

  • Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and post-procedure care.

  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records following legal and ethical standards.

  • Mentor junior medical professionals and guide them in clinical decision-making and procedures.

  • Lead or contribute to quality improvement programs to optimize patient care and department operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Gastroenterology.

  • Board-certified in Gastroenterology from a recognized body.

  • Proven experience in performing complex endoscopic procedures (ERCP, EUS).

  • Excellent clinical knowledge of GI disorders and treatment options.

  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English (additional languages preferred).

  • Team-oriented mindset with a compassionate, patient-first approach.
