Visa is hiring a Consultant – Client Success to join its team in Dubai, UAE. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals experienced in post-sale client services, particularly within the fintech and payments industry. The role focuses on supporting Visa’s fintech clients in the GCC region, ensuring operational success, client satisfaction, and adoption of Visa’s innovative solutions.
As a Client Success Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading implementation efforts, providing operational support, and driving performance optimization across Visa products and services. Reporting to the Head of Client Success – GCC, the successful candidate will play a key role in Visa’s ongoing client success transformation strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support the implementation of Visa products and solutions.

Develop and execute tailored Client Success Plans aligned with account teams.

Foster long-term client relationships and act as a client advocate.

Monitor operational performance and client product adoption.

Coordinate training materials, readiness sessions, and support documentation.

Represent Visa in operational reviews and manage escalations when necessary.

Contribute to improving product adoption and Visa tool utilization.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver on client expectations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Strong knowledge of payment processing, fintech, or related industries.

Prior experience in client services or success roles in the tech/payments domain.

Excellent communication skills; fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Strong analytical, planning, and client relationship skills.

Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Willingness to travel frequently within the GCC region.

Project management or client success certifications are desirable.
