This on-site, full-time role is ideal for a dynamic team player with a passion for technology, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a desire to support clients through software training, implementation, and process optimization.

As a Consultant at Yardi, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client support by managing software deployments, training users, resolving technical issues, and providing insightful recommendations to improve operational efficiency for real estate businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex system and business process reviews to recommend productivity improvements.

• Train clients on Yardi software solutions and manage software integration, maintenance, and updates.

• Troubleshoot software functionality issues and resolve reporting problems.

• Build strong, sustainable client relationships through exceptional service and collaboration.

• Assist with data mapping, conversions, and deployment support.

• Document best practices and contribute to an internal knowledge base.

• Recommend Yardi products and services aligned with client needs.

• Collaborate internally with analysts, designers, developers, and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Math, Computer Science, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in software or business process consulting.

• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle or Workday.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work well in a team.

• Proficiency with relational databases and SQL/Oracle.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Fluency in Arabic is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Yardi software.

• Knowledge of the property management industry and competitors in the field.
