ACCEL Human Resource Consultants is hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and manage civil engineering projects in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for the full project lifecycle—from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires strong leadership and technical expertise in civil construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and handover.

• Prepare project budgets, timelines, and proposals.

• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.

• Coordinate project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

• Review and approve technical drawings, plans, and engineering specifications.

• Monitor expenditures and ensure project costs remain within the approved budget.

• Maintain regular client communication and provide progress updates.

• Ensure that all work complies with relevant building codes and quality standards.

• Prepare detailed progress reports and handle project documentation.

• Mentor junior engineers and help develop the project team.

• Resolve project-related issues and manage risk proactively.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering and project management.

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and building codes.

• Experience managing multiple projects with a high level of efficiency.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
