ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager for their team in Dubai. The role involves overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning and design to execution and completion. The Project Manager will collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and manage construction projects from start to finish.

• Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and design standards.

• Manage project teams and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.

• Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications.

• Monitor project costs and adjust to maintain the budget.

• Communicate project updates and address client concerns.

• Ensure quality standards and compliance with codes and regulations.

• Prepare progress reports and project documentation.

• Resolve project-related issues and delays.

• Mentor and train junior engineers and project team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering and project management.

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.

• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work independently or in a team.
