Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead the execution of high-rise tower and large-scale building developments in Dubai. This is a senior, site-focused role suited for professionals from tier-1 or leading contracting organizations with proven expertise in delivering complex, high-value construction projects.

The role requires strong technical depth, hands-on site leadership, and the ability to drive construction works safely, efficiently, and in line with programme, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Site Leadership

• Lead the full construction lifecycle of high-rise and large-scale building projects from mobilization through to handover

• Oversee site execution, construction sequencing, and work methodologies in line with approved schedules and budgets

• Drive day-to-day site operations to ensure productivity, quality, and timely delivery

Team & Contractor Management

• Manage large site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve performance targets

• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical and operational challenges

• Ensure effective communication and alignment across all construction interfaces

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Enforce strict compliance with HSE standards, UAE authority regulations, and contractual obligations

• Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and construction methodologies

• Drive quality assurance and quality control across all construction activities

Progress Monitoring & Risk Management

• Monitor construction progress and proactively identify risks and delays

• Implement corrective and mitigation strategies to maintain programme and cost control

• Support progress reporting, site updates, and commercial coordination as required

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline

• Minimum 12–15 years of construction experience, with significant exposure to high-rise tower or large-scale building projects

• Proven background with tier-1 or top-tier main contracting companies

• Strong experience in contractor-side construction environments (not client-side or consultancy)

• Demonstrated ability to manage large site teams and multiple subcontractors

• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction practices, codes, and regulations
