Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee complex substructure and foundation works on a landmark infrastructure project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in piling, basements, and underground structures, along with strong leadership and project coordination skills. You will play a key role in ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely delivery of critical project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all substructure activities, including piling, foundations, basements, and underground structures.

• Plan, schedule, and monitor site operations to ensure progress aligns with project timelines and budgets.

• Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution of works.

• Ensure strict adherence to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

• Work closely with design, engineering, and project management teams to resolve technical issues.

• Identify construction risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support decision-making.

• Review and prepare progress reports, method statements, inspections, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• 10–15 years of experience on major infrastructure or airport projects.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing substructure and foundation works on large-scale developments.

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, QA/QC processes, and HSE standards.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.

• Previous Middle East project experience is an added advantage.
