Loci Architecture + Design is a Dubai-based studio focused on creating meaningful design that reflects the connection between place and identity. As a Construction Manager, you will play a key role in the construction phase of our signature projects, ensuring the highest quality of execution, full alignment to design intent, technical standards, and local compliance. Experience with high-end villa projects is essential, and we are open to candidates with architectural, structural, or civil engineering backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring coordination between consultants, contractors, and clients.

• Review and approve engineering submissions, shop drawings, and material proposals.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and alignment with design specifications.

• Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Resolve technical and construction issues efficiently by liaising with contractors, sub-consultants, and project stakeholders.

• Monitor and report on construction progress, flagging risks and driving solutions.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong leadership and oversight.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering.

• 15–20 years of proven experience in construction supervision and delivery.

• Strong experience in site delivery, ideally from both consultant and contractor perspectives.

• Experience in luxury villa projects is highly desirable.

• Solid understanding of UAE construction regulations, authority approvals, and local practices.

Key Skills:

• Ability to interpret and enforce architectural and engineering design on site.

• Strong knowledge of construction quality assurance and control procedures.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Proactive problem-solving with a solutions-oriented mindset.

• Leadership skills with the ability to coordinate across complex, multi-disciplinary teams.
