Arada is looking for a Construction Manager to oversee the successful execution of residential and mixed-use development projects in Sharjah. The Construction Manager will be responsible for all phases of the construction process, from planning to completion, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires collaboration with various teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve excellence in construction and deliver world-class developments.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all construction activities from inception to completion, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.

Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success.

Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct site inspections and address any quality issues promptly.

Manage project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial efficiency.

Review detailed construction schedules and ensure they align with project timelines, implementing corrective actions where necessary.

Lead, mentor, and ensure effective communication within site teams, including contractors and subcontractors.

Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and promote a safe working environment.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders, providing regular project updates to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on residential and mixed-use projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).

In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
-
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
-
Prior experience in the UAE or GCC market is essential.
