Job Title: Construction Foreman

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Construction Foreman to join our on-site team in the UAE. This is a critical frontline role responsible for coordinating construction activities, supervising crews, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly and safely. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between client instructions and site execution, helping drive projects forward with clear communication and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• 📋 Relay daily work instructions from the client’s Foreman to your assigned workers clearly and effectively.

• 👷‍♂️ Supervise on-site activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in task execution.

• 🔧 Guide and assist laborers with technical direction and problem-solving as required.

• 🛠️ Monitor site progress and promptly report updates, incidents, or labor requirements to senior management.

• ⚙️ Oversee various construction disciplines including civil, electrical, mechanical, and finishing works.

• 📈 Ensure adherence to safety policies, quality standards, and project deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 🏗️ Proven experience in a Foreman or Supervisory role within construction or infrastructure projects.

• 👥 Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.

• 🗣️ Basic English communication skills (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus).

• ✅ Capable of interpreting instructions and delegating tasks efficiently.

• 🛠️ Well-versed in multiple site tasks including mechanical, electrical, civil, and finishing works.
