Role Overview:

Reviver Global is seeking a Consecutive Interpretation Tester to support its interpreter evaluation process. This remote, contract-based role is ideal for experienced medical interpreters who are detail-oriented and passionate about quality assurance. The position involves conducting and scoring mock medical interpretation assessments to help evaluate new interpreter candidates joining the Reviver Global network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live mock medical interpretation sessions with interpreter candidates.

• Evaluate candidate performance using a standardized rubric, focusing on accuracy, terminology, and professionalism.

• Score and document assessments objectively based on established quality metrics.

• Identify and flag candidates who exceed or fall short of performance standards.

• Collaborate with the Training & Quality team to assist in final selection decisions.

• Provide concise, structured feedback to candidates when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in consecutive medical interpretation.

• Completion of all internal training and compliance certifications (as applicable).

• Strong command of medical vocabulary and interpreter ethics.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to make fair, consistent evaluations.

• Neutrality and professionalism in assessment scenarios.

• Proficiency in Zoom and digital documentation tools.

Additional Details:

• Assignments: Project-based, scheduled based on candidate flow.

• Session Duration: 30–45 minutes per assessment.

• All necessary training, materials, and rubrics will be provided.

• Participation in this role will contribute toward eligibility for future internal positions such as QA Analyst or Trainer.
