ImagineX Productions is seeking Conference Event Staff for an upcoming tech conference in Dubai on October 13–14. This is a contract, on-site role paying $25/hr, ideal for individuals with excellent hospitality, communication, and organizational skills. You’ll be supporting a global tech client, ensuring guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with setup and breakdown of conference materials and equipment.

• Scan badges and verify guest reservations using electronic systems.

• Manage guest check-ins and distribute correct entrance badges.

• Support speakers and stage activities.

• Help troubleshoot attendee issues and elevate overall guest experience.

• Attend team meetings and follow directives from on-site managers and leaders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Comfortable using smart devices (tablet, smartphone).

• Excellent verbal communication and team collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage crowds and remain calm under pressure.

• Physical stamina for standing, walking, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Professional demeanor with a sense of humor and team spirit.

• Must be available for mandatory pre-event team training.

Compensation & Perks:
