Job Description:

Our client is a leading supplier of concrete products, catering to the growing demands of the construction and landscaping industries. They specialize in providing high-quality concrete solutions, offering both aesthetic and functional products for a variety of projects. The company is committed to fostering innovation and excellence while maintaining strong relationships with clients across the UAE.

As a Concrete Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales of concrete products to achieve business growth. This involves building lasting relationships with key stakeholders, handling projects from inception to completion, and identifying new business opportunities directly or through partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management & Business Development:
    Drive sales to meet targets, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure business growth through both direct and partner-driven sales strategies.

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Maintain and expand relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and direct clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Technical Support & Project Guidance:
    Offer technical expertise to clients during project planning, design, and execution phases by conducting cost analysis, providing field tests, and developing customized solutions.

  • Lead Generation & Sales Activities:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities, reactivate dormant accounts, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order conversion.

  • Marketing & Product Promotion:
    Lead marketing initiatives by defining product strategies, managing digital campaigns (SEO, social media, email marketing), and creating promotional materials. Collaborate with the marketing team on events, exhibitions, and other outreach activities to drive product demand.

  • Collaboration & Team Support:
    Assist Sales Engineers and Executives in converting leads into confirmed orders. Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful business development and product delivery.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales and marketing skills with in-depth knowledge of the concrete and construction industry.

  • Proven track record in managing key accounts, promoting concrete products, and driving sales growth in landscaping and construction sectors.

  • Solid technical knowledge of aesthetic concrete solutions and a keen understanding of market trends in the UAE landscaping market.

  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with BIM tools.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in the concrete, building materials, or construction industry in the UAE.

  • Knowledge of specification-based selling, solution development, and project coordination.
