Re/think is seeking a Compliance Officer to act as an outsourced Compliance Officer and MLRO for clients regulated by DFSA, FSRA, and other UAE regulatory authorities. The role involves regulatory advisory, policy development, client liaison, and ensuring compliance with AML/CTF and other regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Compliance Officer & MLRO for DFSA/FSRA regulated clients.

• Liaise with regulatory authorities on compliance and AML/CTF matters.

• Develop, enhance, and review client policies, procedures, and control frameworks.

• Lead advisory projects on strategic regulatory matters (DIFC/DFSA, ADGM/FSRA, Central Bank of UAE, SCA).

• Assist clients in authorization applications, compliance monitoring, and risk programs.

• Support clients in building an ethical and compliant culture.

• Prepare client proposals, articles, blogs, podcasts, and MI reporting materials.

• Execute other regulatory and compliance projects as directed by management.

• Participate in internal training sessions and deliver presentations.

Requirements / Skills:

• Experience in compliance advisory and regulatory risk consulting.

• Registered CO/MLRO with DFSA and/or FSRA.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to build strong client relationships and provide advisory guidance.
