Ericsson is seeking a Compliance Officer to join the Group Function Third Party Assessments within Compliance Programs & Operations. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and advising on third-party management, ensuring compliance across Antitrust, Anti-Corruption, and Anti-Money Laundering frameworks. The position is global, offering exposure to international stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and enhance Ericsson’s Third-Party Management (TPM) program.

• Lead due diligence on third parties: review assessments, identify risks, propose mitigations, draft reports, and monitor compliance.

• Conduct third-party compliance risk assessments and transaction testing.

• Support Business Partner Review Boards (BPRBs) and liaise with Heads of Market Area Compliance.

• Manage internal and external stakeholders, including counsel and due-diligence providers.

• Collect and evaluate due-diligence materials and participate in onsite audits.

• Maintain accurate documentation of risks, mitigation plans, and implementation status.

• Contribute to risk-mitigation strategies and strengthen internal controls.

• Prepare compliance reports for the Head of Third Party Assessments.

• Stay updated on relevant laws/regulations and deliver TPM trainings.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• University degree in a compliance-relevant field.

• 7+ years’ experience in compliance, legal, audit, consulting, or corporate intelligence.

• Strong report writing and risk-assessment skills; experience with monitorships is a plus.

• Experience with international third-party due diligence preferred.

• International exposure and cultural awareness.

• Independent, goal-oriented, and systematic working style.

• High integrity aligned with Ericsson values (respect, professionalism, perseverance).

• Excellent communication skills for engagement with executive-level stakeholders.

• Proficient in English; additional languages desirable.
