Compliance Manager – UAE/Egypt/KSA | LIXIL

Role Overview:
LIXIL is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee compliance programs across UAE, Egypt, and KSA. The role involves ensuring alignment with global standards, conducting investigations, monitoring risks, and driving compliance initiatives across the MENA region. This is a full-time hybrid position requiring a proactive and legally skilled professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of compliance programs in MENA in line with global and regional standards.

  • Conduct and document compliance-related investigations with proper follow-up and reporting.

  • Coordinate Regional Compliance Committee (CCM) meetings and prepare key updates.

  • Implement global/regional compliance initiatives, tools, and systems.

  • Monitor adherence to internal policies (Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, Trade Compliance, Speak-Up Policy).

  • Assist with third-party due diligence and onboarding under the Third-Party Risk Management program.

  • Conduct risk screenings, assessments, and employee compliance surveys.

  • Deliver/coordinate compliance training sessions and refreshers.

  • Track regulatory/legal developments across MENA and align internal policies.

  • Act as the first point of contact for compliance queries across UAE, Egypt, and KSA.

  • Prepare compliance reports for regional/global teams.

  • Collaborate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, and other departments to ensure best practices.

  • Support Compliance Week campaigns and awareness initiatives.

  • Provide documentation for external auditors or counsel when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law; qualified/admitted lawyer with 3–5 years’ experience.

  • Proven experience in compliance matters, especially training and investigations.

  • Knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office.

  • Compliance certification preferred.

  • Experience in IMEA jurisdiction or water technology/sanitaryware industry is an advantage.

  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking); Arabic proficiency is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel and work outside regular hours when needed.

  • Strong cross-cultural collaboration and agility in a matrix organization.

  • Preferred location: UAE or Egypt.
