Masafi, a leading UAE-based brand known for its natural water, juices, and essential products, is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist. This role is responsible for designing, managing, and improving the company’s compensation frameworks and employee benefits programs while ensuring compliance with labor laws and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, review, and manage salary structures, pay bands, and job evaluations.

Conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys, and pay equity analyses.

Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave policies.

Partner with managers on compensation decisions, promotions, and internal mobility.

Support annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases, bonus programs, and incentive plans.

Evaluate vendor performance and recommend enhancements to benefits offerings.

Develop communication materials to educate employees on compensation and benefits programs.

Drive process improvements and HRIS enhancements related to compensation and benefits.

Manage payroll activities as needed.
Requirements:
-
5–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax implications, and benefits administration.
-
Proficiency in HRIS tools, Excel, and data analysis.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
