Masafi, a leading UAE-based brand known for its natural water, juices, and essential products, is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist. This role is responsible for designing, managing, and improving the company’s compensation frameworks and employee benefits programs while ensuring compliance with labor laws and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, review, and manage salary structures, pay bands, and job evaluations.

• Conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys, and pay equity analyses.

• Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave policies.

• Partner with managers on compensation decisions, promotions, and internal mobility.

• Support annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases, bonus programs, and incentive plans.

• Evaluate vendor performance and recommend enhancements to benefits offerings.

• Develop communication materials to educate employees on compensation and benefits programs.

• Drive process improvements and HRIS enhancements related to compensation and benefits.

• Manage payroll activities as needed.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax implications, and benefits administration.

• Proficiency in HRIS tools, Excel, and data analysis.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
